Fast Track Status challenge and milestone rewards

Maybe one for Rob, but the article for World of Hyatt says:

‘Hyatt has additional ‘milestone rewards’ which you pick up as you go, based on the number of nights you do each year. If you receive free or matched World of Hyatt status then you would NOT receive these and would miss out on the suite upgrade vouchers, bonus points and lounge passes’.

I think my company qualifies for the fast track to globalist (20 nights) offer. They seem to call this globalist lite informally on forums.

Another blog worded this in a similar way and am wondering if this means fact track really misses out these milestone rewards OR just has to keep staying to hit them? E.g as well as getting globalist for 20 nights stayed, you’d get the first milestone reward, then you’d get the category 1-4 voucher on night 30 etc. As I do see forums with globalist lite asking about milestone rewards, pretty sure this is the case but they don’t often mention the smaller milestone rewards, so thought I should ask!
